That's definitely a lot... Oh, yeah! My 2 friends have been driving me crazy about how to pronounce the honorific -kun (kyo-kun, yuki-kun). My one friend says it's pronounced koon (as in soon) and my other says kun (as in in under or up). Can you help me? They're driving me up the wall!!!!

Oh good. (that's how I've been saying it. It only makes sense right?) My one friend knows an adult who's Japanese and this adult says it so it sounds like kun (as in soon). But that's probly just from her accent. Thank you so much!

It is accent because Japanese have a tendency to speak fast.So kun said fast sounds like my uncles last name (Koone/koon)
